Introductory Exaggeration Course

The NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  The NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine anticipates CME credits for a maximum of 22.5 hours and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.  

Third-generation osteopathic physician Jerry Dickey, DO, FAAO will lead a course on the technique style developed by Andrew Taylor Still, DO.   Known as Exaggeration of the Lesion, this technique style, coupled with the unique philosophy of treatment developed by Dr. Still, helped to establish the osteopathic profession.

 Students will be shown techniques for the cervical, thoracic, ribs, lumbar, sacrum, pelvis and extremities. This is the ultimate course on the original  techniques of A. T. Still.
